grtzplz

Terms of service

Last updated October 17, 2026

These terms are between you and BubbleTech Labs LLC (“we”, “us”), who operate grtzplz at grtzplz.com. By creating an account or using grtzplz you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. See also our privacy policy.

What grtzplz is

grtzplz lets you make a page (a “grtz”) of links, images, videos and ways to get tipped, and a QR code that opens it. You may have more than one. It is free at the time of writing, and we may add paid features later; we will not charge you for anything without asking first.

Your account

Your content

You own what you put on your page. You give us permission to store it, process it (for example, to clean images and build the QR code), and show it to anyone who opens your page, because that is the service. You promise that you have the right to put it there and that it does not break the law or anyone’s rights.

What you may not do

We may remove content, unpublish a page, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts people at risk, with or without notice. If you think we got it wrong, email us.

Web addresses and QR codes

Each page lives at grtzplz.com/your-name. We keep a page’s address reserved even if you rename or delete the page, so that a QR code someone has printed never leads to a different person’s page. That also means an address you gave up is not available to anyone else. We cannot promise a particular name will be available, and we may refuse or reclaim names that are misleading, infringe a trademark, or break these terms.

A QR code is only as useful as the place you put it. Check that a printed code scans before you print many of them, and keep the page it points to published.

Tips and payments

A tip button on your page sends visitors to your own account at Venmo, Cash App or PayPal, or shows your Zelle email or phone number. grtzplz does not handle, hold, process or take a share of any payment, and is not a party to any tip. Payments are between the person paying and you, under the terms of the payment service. We do not check that a handle is yours or that a payment arrived, and we are not responsible for payments sent to the wrong person, for disputes, fees, taxes, or fraud. You are responsible for any taxes on money you receive. A Zelle email or phone number you add is shown publicly on your page.

Selling on your page

If you add a shop to a page (merch or a menu), you are the seller. You choose the items and the prices, and you are responsible for them: that you are allowed to sell them, that they are described honestly, that you deliver or hand over what was paid for, refunds and returns, sales tax and any other tax, licence or permit your sales need, and answering the people who buy from you, including disputes. We do not check what you sell, and we are not a party to any sale between you and a buyer.

Buyers pay through Stripe, which is also how you are paid. To take payments you must create a Stripe account through grtzplz, accept Stripe’s terms and pass its identity and business checks. Stripe’s terms and fees apply between you and Stripe. The money goes to your Stripe account and not through ours: grtzplz does not hold it, and does not currently take a share of any sale. If that changes we will tell you before it applies to you. Prices are in US dollars.

You may not sell anything that the law or Stripe’s list of prohibited and restricted businesses does not allow, or anything that breaks the rules in “What you may not do”. We may turn off a shop, or a page, that does. When someone buys from your page we show you the details of their order, including their name, email address, phone number and, for things to be posted, their delivery address. Use them only to fulfil the order and to answer the buyer, and look after them.

If you buy from a page, your purchase is with the seller of that page and not with grtzplz. Ask the seller about your order, delivery, refunds and returns.

Text messages

The full description of our text-message program, including how you opt in, is on our SMS sign-in page. In short: if you sign in by phone, we send a text message containing a one-time code each time you ask for one. We send nothing else. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text sign-in is for US and Canadian numbers. See the privacy policy for how we handle your number.

Third-party content and links

Pages made by our users can link to and embed other websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for them or for what users publish.

Our service, and what we do not promise

We work to keep grtzplz running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change, pause or end any part of the service. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your pages will always be available.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for anything arising out of grtzplz is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past twelve months or fifty US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

Ending things

You can stop using grtzplz at any time and delete your pages in the editor, or email us to close your account. We may suspend or end your access as described above. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, the limits on our liability, and reserved web addresses) continue after your account ends.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for significant changes we will say so on the site. If you keep using grtzplz after a change, you accept the new terms.
